1. Eligibility & age

The Service contains adult material and is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years old, and of legal age in your jurisdiction, to access it. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. Accessing adult content where it is unlawful is prohibited.

2. What the Service is

RisqueMega is a directory and search service. We do not host, store, or upload media files. We provide organized listings and links to material produced and hosted by third parties. We are not responsible for third-party content and make no warranty as to its accuracy, legality, or availability.

3. Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. VIP memberships & billing

VIP access is sold on a subscription (monthly or annual) or one-time (lifetime) basis, as described on the VIP page. Recurring plans renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel a monthly plan at any time, effective at the end of the current period. Prices and included benefits may change prospectively; changes never affect a term you have already paid for. Payments are processed by a third-party provider; we do not store your full card details.

5. Refunds

Because access is granted immediately and digitally, all sales are final except where a refund is required by law or expressly stated at the point of sale. If you believe you were charged in error, contact [email protected].

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service if you are under 18.
• Scrape, crawl, resell, or redistribute listings, links, or downloaded content, or circumvent the paywall or access controls.
• Upload, request, or link to content depicting minors, or any content that is non-consensual or otherwise unlawful.
• Interfere with, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.

7. Intellectual property & removals

Rights holders may request removal of listings under our DMCA policy. The RisqueMega name, design, and original text are our property and may not be used without permission.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RisqueMega is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes take effect when posted with a revised “last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
