How to file a takedown notice

Send a written notice to our designated agent at [email protected]. To be actionable under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), your notice must include all of the following:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or a representative list, if multiple works).
• Identification of the material to be removed, with enough detail for us to locate it. The exact URL(s) on RisqueMega is required.
• Your contact information: name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

What happens next

On receipt of a complete notice we remove or disable access to the identified listing, typically within 48 hours. We keep a record of the notice and may notify the party who submitted the affected listing.

Counter-notification

If you believe your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to [email protected] including your signature, identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake, and your consent to jurisdiction as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g).

Repeat infringers

Consistent with the DMCA, we maintain and enforce a policy of removing listings and, where applicable, restricting accounts associated with repeat infringement.

Model & personal-likeness removals

If you are depicted in listed content and want it removed, whether or not you hold the copyright, email [email protected] with the URL(s) and verification that you are the person depicted. We honor good-faith personal-removal requests regardless of copyright ownership.
