We do not create, film, photograph, upload, or host any depictions. Our service provides links to and information about material produced and hosted by third parties.

Record-keeping responsibility

With respect to any content accessible through this service, the original producers of that content are responsible for maintaining the records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and § 2257A. Records for third-party material are held by the respective producers of that material, not by RisqueMega.

Age verification & zero tolerance

RisqueMega has a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any depiction of minors. We require that every person depicted in listed content be an adult of at least 18 years. Listings that are reported as depicting a minor, or that we have reason to believe do, are removed immediately and, where appropriate, reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to law enforcement.
